Wine tour

Leisurely we traveled back to Cape Town through the wine regions. We made 4 stops and stayed at each place for two nights. We planned this as follows: First day: trip, check in and visit of the town. For the second day we mostly booked a private wine tour. That was a bit difficult for me, as we always visited 4 wine cellars - two in the morning, two after lunch. Even if I do not drink the wines, I taste less and less the more wines I taste, since these are young wines and on each degustation we start with white wines followed by red wines. But fortunately we had nice weather and in South Africa the wine tastings can often be performed on the terrace.

On our way from Sanbona to Robertson we reached Montagu after 60km of gravel road. There we saw this tree full of birds:
